I, Denny Chuba, the Housing & Redevelopment Authority Chair hereby request a
special meeting of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority on Tuesday, June 20, 2023,
at 5:00 p.m. for the purpose of the following:
The HRA will be holding a public hearing on the proposed sale of real property owned by the
HRA and located at Main Street and Gates Avenue in the City of Elk River, Sherburne County,
Minnesota. The properties are legally described as Lots 1, 3, 4 (except the East 15 feet), 7, 8,
9, 10, 11, and 12 (that part of Lot 12 lying West of the East 4.50 feet of Lot 12) of Block 1,
Auditor’s Subdivision No. 5, Sherburne County, Minnesota.
The HRA will also conduct the following business: discuss budget workshop meeting time,
and HRA financial reports.
I HEREBY CERTIFY, that this notice has been posted and that I have served this notice
upon the members of the Economic Development Authority by mail at least one day prior
to the above-called special meeting. In accordance with State Statute, this notice will be
posted at least three days prior to the meeting date.
