to renew their tobacco licenses.
Action Requested
Council motion approving renewal of the aforementioned licenses with the following
conditions:
1. Dawn Nieters massage therapist license contingent upon all application materials
being submitted.

2. Elk River BP tobacco license valid January 1, 2006 through January 11, 2006. Elk
River BP is in the process of being purchased by the current owner of Wash N' Fill.
The license will be transferred to BP Amoco of Elk River Inc. and be valid January
11, 2006 through December 31, 2006.
3. Rin Tin Inn Kennels-Temporarily closed their kennel business for personal family
issues but is renewing license. The license will be contingent upon an inspection of
the premises prior to opening up for the kennel business again.
