Mayor Klinzing has had an opportunity to visit with Mr. Krause regarding the Pinewood appraisal
reviewed at the December 5 Council meeting and the Letter of Intent currendy on the table. The
Mayor will provide a verbal update to the Council at Monday's meeting.
