TO: Mayor and City Council
FROM: Lori Johnson, Finance and Administrative Services Director/Interim

DATE: December 19,2005
SUBJECT: Consider Resolution Adopting 2006 Pay Plan for Non-Organized
Employees
Attached is the 2006 Pay Resolution for Non-Organized Employees. The resolution calls for
increasing the pay plan three percent effective January 1, 2006. This is consistent with the cost of

in the City's contribution to the flexible benefit plan that was approved by the Council on December
5. The balance of the resolution is the same as in the past with minor changes in the pay structure
for recreation employees.
Action Requested
The City Council is requested to approve the attached resolution adopting the 2006 pay plan for
non-organized employees.
