Action Requested
Approve, by motion, a Temporary On-Sale Liquor License to the City of Elk River for the last concert in the 2023
Riverfront Concert Series scheduled on August 17, 2023, with the condition alcohol must be confined to an area
enclosed by a fence with a secured, controlled access. Wrist band control is required for patrons 21 and over.
Background/Discussion
The Parks and Recreation Department applied for a Temporary On-Sale Liquor License for the
last concert in the 2023 Riverfront Concert Series scheduled on August 17, 2023.
It will take place outdoors in a controlled fenced area located in the parking lot south of Main Street between King
Avenue and Jackson Avenue behind the businesses between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.
