Action Requested
Approve, by motion, a Temporary On-Sale Liquor License to the City of Elk River for the Oktoberfest event at
the Furniture and Things Community Event Center scheduled on September 16, 2023, with the condition alcohol
must be confined to an area enclosed with a secured, controlled access. Wrist band control is required for patrons
21 and over.
Background/Discussion
The Furniture and Things Community Event Center applied for a Temporary On-Sale Liquor License for the
Oktoberfest event at the event center located at 1000 School Street NW, scheduled on September 16, 2023.
The area will be enclosed with secured controlled access.
