Approve, by motion, a Temporary On-Sale Liquor License to the Church of St. Andrew for their event scheduled
for September 17, 2023, with the condition alcohol must be confined to an area enclosed by a fence with a
secured, controlled access. Wrist band control is required for patrons 21 and over.
