Action Requested
Approve, by motion, a Temporary On-Sale Liquor License to the Fraternal Order of Eagles #3264 for their event
scheduled August 12, 2023, with the condition alcohol must be confined to an area enclosed by a fence with a
secured, controlled access. Wrist band control is required for patrons 21 and over.

The Fraternal Order of Eagles #3264 applied for a temporary On-Sale Liquor License for their event at the
location of 824 Railroad Drive NW.
