A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Elk River Accepting Bid for
Rolling Hills Subdivision Subsurface Sewage Treatment and Connection to
the City Sanitary Sewer System Project
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the Rolling Hills Subdivision
Sewage Treatment and Connection to the City Sanitary Sewer System project, for the
improvement of removing the existing drain field and construction of a lift station, all
necessary sewer pipe and related components along Jarvis St./Twin Lakes Rd. as detailed in
the approved plans. Bids were received, opened, and tabulated according to the law, and the
following bids were received complying with the advertisement.

WHEREAS, it appears that Northdale Construction Co. of Albertville, MN is the lowest
responsible bidder,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk
River, Minnesota, as follows: Click here to enter text.
The mayor and clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into the attached
contract with Northdale Construction Co. of Albertville, MN in the name of the City
of Elk River for the improvement of removing the existing drain field and
construction of a lift station, all necessary sewer pipe and related components along
Jarvis St./Twin Lakes Rd. as detailed in the approved plans and specifications
therefore approved by the city council and on file in the office of the city clerk.

2. The city clerk is herby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the
deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the successful bidder and
the next lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed.
