Background/Discussion
Westbound Liquor Store Manager James Kuklock's last day is FridayT, August 4, 2023, and Liquor Operations
Manager Joe Audette is on sick leave.
We would like to provide 10% interim payT to full-time liquor store clerk Brenda Gustafson until Mr. Audette
returns to �vork. The interim payT is consistent `vith other situations we have had `vhere employTees take on
additional responsibilities due to a vacancyT.
It is expected that his leave `vill be about two weeks. During this period Ms. Gustafson will also work as an FLSA
exempt employee.
Financial Impact
For a two-week period, the financial impact `vould be appro�matelyT $255.00. If Mr. Audette's leave is extended,
interim payT would continue `vith the financial impact being commensurate.
