Background/Discussion
The Multi-Purpose Facility Advisory Commission is charged with the development of facility policy to be
forwarded to the City Council for review and approval. Over the past several meetings, the MFAC has been given
sections of the policy and procedures while in development for review and feedback. Attached is the
current manual still in process for review. Staff will continue to develop this document for a final approval by the
MFAC.
Financial Impact
Good policy will ensure that appropriate measures are in place to protect the facility and charge appropriately for
facility use, programs and services.
