o Cornerstone Ford bringing cars-we will need 10-12 total between
dealership and personal EV owners
o Stephanie emailed Cornerstone regarding other dealerships being
invited + Cornerstone being featured on signage, socials if a sponsor
to stand out
• Anne asked for a phone call, but hasn't responded to
schedule one
• Response on initial email-"working to have any vehicles
available from all the manufacturers that we represent. Ford,
Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, KIA,and Chevrolet"
o Ford OEM bringing cars
o Call set up with Miller Chevrolet
o Ask committee:What other dealerships do you suggest we reach
out to?
• Fire+ Police
• Fire: Mark Dickinson and fire police will be attending and having an
exhibit on safety around all lithium-ion batteries
• Ask committee:
o Do we have any contacts for Elk River police?Would like to
showcase police EV
o Eden Prairie is using a Tesla, any contacts for police in Eden
Prairie?Would be great to have them there showcasing the EV and
discussing with attendees
• E-bikes
o Pedego Monticello-emailed but no response yet. We will look for a
contact to call.
o Harley doesn't have an electric motorcycle-do have e-bikes. Stephanie
reached out. No response on email.
• In our conversation with Polaris, he mentioned working with an e-bike
manufacturer. We could explore that.
• Gatr not a good fit-trucks are in Iowa
• Madeleine and Stephanie contacted New Flyer about e-bus

advocating internally for approval

o We currently have enough fundraising done to support 2 of these groups
o Will work to increase sponsorships to cover the other two groups for charitable
donations

o Outdoor event footprint—We updated to include test drive vehicles directions;Ask

o Indoor+ Indoor&Outdoor Exhibitor footprint:
• We need floorplan of fieldhouse to create. Ask committee: Could someone(re)send
floorplan of fieldhouse?
• Ask Committee: Where are people entering + exiting the fieldhouse?Are they
entering the fieldhouse directly or going through another part of the building?
• We will make Indoor+ Indoor& Outdoor Exhibitor footprint+show human traffic
flow inside/outside once we have fieldhouse floorplan
• Poor weather footprint: All vendors inside, test drives closer to building, test drive
registration tent inside; Ask Committee: Ok for you?We will create poor weather
footprint then
o EV route—Ask committee: approved?
o Bike route—made map of route described in last meeting
• Ask Committee: Part of the proposed route looks unpaved on Google maps. Is the
route on map correct? Is it now paved?
• Ask Committee: Is this route approved?
o Construction information will be listed on our website closer to time of event(so we
can provide accurate information)

o Recharge is non-profit; relies on support from foundation partners to fund events.
