The meeting today was only informational as we did not have a quorum. I did not blind cc anyone else.

5.General Business
5.1—Follow up on where we are currently sitting with the budget and timeline for the solar picnic tale.Jake(City
Multimedia Specialist)was in attendance—he would like to video the project through construction so they can create a
timelapse video.Will coordinate once we have a timeline.
5.2—Casey gave a recap of his and Vern's presentation to the city council.Action item:Cal to meet with Casey
and other members on budgeting for 2024.
• Question for Suzanne—next steps for recommendation on RFP of$50K
5.3—Jake (City Multimedia Specialist)will work with the Recharge contacts on needs for video to promote event
and day of remote.
