Committee Tasks
•Della will connect Jessica with her contact from New Flyer Buses
•Della will check to see if DEED can be an exhibitor
•Jessica will reach out to the New Flyer Buses contact shared by Della
•Dale will reach back out to an internal team from Xcel solar about exhibiting
•Vern will put reminders on Facebook for owners interested in showcasing and test drives
•Vem will share with test drivers/showcasers the EV Owner Test Drive/Showcase Form
•All committee members send ideas for interview candidates
•All committee members send EV Owner Test Drive/Showcase Form to local EV owners to showcase
Recharge Tasks
•Send Della exhibitor form, background information, website, and flyer
•Continue working with the venue to make a plan for seating/tables and garbage/recycling
•Reach out to Chris Hatfield from transportation center of excellence and someone from CMJTS for BOB
FM day of live interview
•Update seating/tables and in footprint
•Reach out to confirm if food trucks have running engines, generators, or need power inside
