IT IS RESOLVED that the City of Elk River enter into Mn/DOT Agreemem No. 76983 with the
State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following purposes:
To provide for payment by the State to the City of the State's share of the costs of the acquisition
of landscape materials to be placed along Trunk Highway No. 169 between 191 st Avenue
Northwest and School Street Northwest within the corporate City limits under State Project
No. 7106-969 (T.H. 169=018).
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Administrator
