Discuss the rental fees for 2024.
Approve, by motion, rental use fees.
Background/Discussion
Current Parks and Recreation Rental Fees were approved by the Parks and Recreation Commission November
9, 2022.
Staff is recommending a slight increase of $5 per rental for many of the fees based on the high demand. The total
rentals YTD is 402. In 2022, there were 236 total rentals by comparison representing significant growth in demand
or rental facilities.
Financial Impact
An expected increase in rental revenue based on demand.
Mission/Policy/Goal
The goal of this change is to be proactive and adjust our fee structure based on revenues and demands.
