VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
December 30, 1959
A special meeting was held at the village hall on Dec 30, 1959 at 8:00 o’clock P.M. to open bids for
bonds for the liquor store.
Member present: Mayor Johnson, Clerk Briggs, Trustees Kemper and Meyer. Bergerson was absent.
Bids were:
Juran and Moody Inc 4.99%
Manheimer Egan Inc 4.95223%
Motion by Briggs and second by Kemper to accept bid of Manheimer, Egan Inc. subject to approval
of Bond Attorneys. Carried. Meeting adjourned.
