Background/Discussion
Staff has held continuing discussions with Shoot Steel regarding the status of Tax Increment Financing (TIF) and
the possibility of adding an additional job-creating tenant in the facility.
Staff will provide updates and is looking for continued feedback from the EDA on this topic.
