Adopt, by motion, the City Council goals discussed at the May 8, 2023, Special Meeting.
Background/Discussion
The City Council and city leadership team met for a special meeting on May 8, 2023, to discuss the Council, short,
mid-term and long-term goals, review mission and vision statements, and discuss other topics including the 2024
budget outlook and downtown visioning.
The Council consensus was supportive of vision and mission statements developed in 2017 and 2018.
Goals that had been met were removed from the new listing and a number of new items were added.
