Accept, by motion, the quote from North Valley Inc. to repair the damage to the Orono Park pickle ball court for
$14,914.67.
Background/Discussion
In July staff identified an irrigation line installed prior to the pickle ball court construction that created an area in
half a court to settle.
This line has been capped, and North Valley will cut out the bituminous, backfill and pave the damaged area.
The surfacing of this area will be completed next spring.
