Background/Discussion
The sale of property at 10835 170th Avenue NW is scheduled to close and transfer to Thunderstruck Exteriors in
early November. The project has been working through its due diligence period, including entitlement approvals
through the city planning process. Staff is working through final steps to transfer the property.

Support Elk River’s existing businesses through relationship building, programmatic offerings, and high-quality
city services. Attract new business development to Elk River to build the city’s economic vibrancy, job offerings
and tax base.
