beautification of the city through landscaping and architecture. Applicants need to score a minimum of 10
points in order to qualify as a finalist.

Description of Improvement Project(s)
The Edge Bar + Boutique project has brought beautification, life and energy to a once underutilized corner of downtown Elk
River. This project not only brought outdoor seating and ambiance to front and center Main Street, the interior renovations of
the site are stunning. The cool and classy interior design of the store which offers a dine, sip, and shop experience is exactly
what downtown was missing. Edge Bar + Boutique has set the bar for beautification in downtowns!

Eligibility Requirements:
Self-nominations are encouraged! Properties must be located within the City of Elk
River corporate limits. Projects may include improvements to the interior or
exterior of the business. For new construction, a certificate of occupancy must
have been issued. Public projects or previous winners that have won in the
previous two years are not eligible. By submitting a photo, you authorize the use of
photos in various social media and print forums.
