VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
October 13, 1958
A special meeting of the Village Council was held at the Village Hall on Oct 13, 1958.
Trustee Meyer presented the following resolution and moved it’s adoption:
Be it resolved by the Village of Elk River, Minnesota that Henry L Johnson Mayor be and hereby is
authorized and directed to make application on behalf of the Village to the Public Health Service for
a grant under the water pollution act, 33 M.S.C. 466 et seq. toward the construction of a new waste
treatment plant for said village.
The resolution was seconded by Trustee Bergeson and noted on as follows:
Meyer – yes
Briggs – yes
Bergeson – yes
Sandberg – absent
Carried.
