VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
May 13, 1914
A regular meeting of Village Council was held at the Office of Charles F. Firman on Wednesday
evening May 13, 1914.
Present: C.F. Firman Pres, F.M. Plank, E.E, Scott, Ed Keegan, Trustees and W.F. Chadbourne
Clerk.
Meeting called to order by Pres at 8:30 P.M.
The following bills were presented on motion allowed and ordered drawn for their respective amts.
