VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
July 8, 1914
A regular meeting of Village Council was held at the office of Charles F. Firman on Wednesday
evening July 8, 1914.
Present: C.F. Firman Pres, F.M. Plank, Ed Keegan, Trustees and W.F. Chadbourne Clerk.
Meeting called to order at 8:30 P.M.

Motion made and carried that the council pay the Elk River Bank 10.00 for concert in Park Saturday
nights on motion the names of Tom Salverson and Ernest Benson were taken from black list at the
saloon.
