Charles S. Wheaton being duly sworn says; that he did, on the 8 day of October, 1914, post copies
the attached notice of special election in the following named places in the Village of Elk River,
Sherburne County, Minnesota, to-wit: one on the front door of the court house; one on the bulletin
board in the post office; on on the lamp post in front of the front door of the First National Bank
of Elk River; one at the front door of Phoenix Hall
; that said places on which said
copies were so posted are four of the most public places in said village of Elk River.
