VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
March 1, 1913
A Special meeting of Village Council was held at the Office of Geo E Page on Saturday evening Mar
1, 1913
Present: Geo E Page, Pres. E.P. Babcock Trustee and W.F. Chadbourne Clerk
The Treasurer of Village presented his annual report. The Clerk also presented his report of receipts
and expenditures when comparison of same they were found exactly alike they were accepted and
signed and ordered printed.
The following bills were presented and on motion allowed.
John Plante blacksmith work 4.00
John Hamlet gasoline 21.84
W.R. Smith relief Mrs. Kane 15.74
Walter S Booth vill blanks 2.15
No further business adjourned.
