VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
October 29, 1913
A Special meeting of Village Council was held at the Office of C.F. Fiman Pres of Village Council
on Wednesday evening Oct 29, 1913.
Present: C.F. Firman Pres, F.M. Plank, Ed Keegan, and E.E. Scott Trustee and W.F. Chadbourne
Clerk.
The meeting was called for the purpose of hearing objections if any to the vacating certain streets in
the Village of Elk River as per notice published in the Star News.
No objection being offered the Council granted the prayer of petitions as published.
The following bills were presented and on motion allowed and Clerk ordered to draw orders for
same

Henry Bargabos having been removed from the office of City Marshal and two applications being
made for the job: John Wailey and Ed Healy on motion Ed Healy was appointed to the office of
Marshall to take effect Nov 1, 1913.
