VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
November 20, 1913
A Special meeting of Village Council was held at the Office of Charles F. Firman on Thursday the
20 of Nov 1913.
Present: C.F. Firman Pres, F.M. Plank, Ed Keegan, and E.E. Scott Trustees and W.F. Chadbourne
Clerk.
Meeting called to order by Pres at 9:30 a.m.
The following bill was presented and on motion allowed.
The Patterson St lighting Co 1 gross 21.60
The following resolution was presented and on motion duly carried unanimously.
Resolved that the sum of three thousand 3,000.00 be assessed on the
property to meeting expenses for the coming eyar 1914 and that the clerk notify the County Auditor
to that effect.
Joe L’Herault was hired to proceed immediately to clearn out sewer on his lease.
No further business adjourned.
