Action Requested
Recommend, by motion, park dedication for Park Pointe Second
Addition be paid, at the applicable rate at the time of recording, for one
dwelling unit.
Recommend, by motion, a 25 feet wide trail easement along Kliever
Marsh as indicated in the Trails Master Plan. The setback for the trail
should follow the Ordinary High Water Mark.
Background/Discussion
The subject property is 5.64 acres, zoned R1-c, and located at the end
of Johnson Court in the Park Point Subdivision. The applicant is
requesting to replat Outlot A of Park Pointe into one buildable lot and
one Outlot. The one buildable lot will connect to the existing Johnson
Court cul-de-sac on the east side of the parcel and abuts Kleiver Marsh
on the west side.
Parks and Recreation Trails Master Plan
The Parks and Recreation Trails Master Plan indicates a proposed trail
along Kliever Marsh connecting the two separate areas of Kliever
Marsh Park. A conceptual trail (yellow line) is indicated on the
property from Johnson Ct.
