VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
March 27, 1915
A Special meeting of Village Council was held at the Office of Charles F. Fiman on Saturday
evening March 27, 1915.
Present – Charles F. Fiman, Pres, F.M. Plank and E.E. Scott Trustees. W.F. Chadbourne Clerk
The application of Geo H Blanchett for license to sell intoxicating liquor was taken up and on
motion duly made seconded and carried. Geo H Blanchett was granted license to sell intoxicating

liquors for one year from April 3 1915 to April 3, 1916.
Geo H Blanchett presented his bond in due form as required by law upon examination said bond
was accepted and ordered filed.
The Bond of W.F. Chadbourne Village Clerk was presented accepted and ordered filed.
The following bills were presented and on motion made and carried were allowed.

Indiana Refining Co gasoline 9.90
