VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
April 14, 1915
A Regular Meeting of Village Council was held at the Office of Charles F. Fiman Pres on
Wednesday evening April 14, 1915.
Present – Charles F. Fiman, Pres, F.M. Plank, E.J. Keegan, and E.E. Scott Trustees and W.F.
Chadbourne Clerk
On motion it was resolved that the Bond of Village Treas be placed at the sum of $3000.00 said
bond of Russel A. Calef Treas was accepted and filed.
The following bills were presented and on motion allowed.
