VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
May 12, 1915
A regular meeting of Village Council was held at the Office of C.F. Fiman on Wednesday evening
May 12, 1915.
Present – Charles F. Fiman, Pres, F.M. Plank, Ed Keegan, and E.E. Scott Trustees and W.F.
Chadbourne Clerk
The following bills were presented and on motion allowed and Clerk ordered to draw orders for
same at the proper time.

The Clerk was instructed to ask the Waterous Engine Co to send expert up and list fire engine.
