VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
June 5, 1915
A special meeting of Village Council was held at the office of C.F. Fiman on Saturday June 5, 1915.
Present – Charles F. Fiman, Pres, F.M. Plank and E.E. Scott Trustees and W.F. Chadbourne Clerk
This meeting was called for the purpose of allowing bills for labor on street. The following bills were
presented by J.E. Hamlet Road overseer on motion allowed and Clerk ordered to draw orders for
same immediately.
