VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
June 19, 1915
A Special meeting of Village Council was held at the Office of C.F. Fiman on Saturday June 19,
1915.
Present – C.F. Fiman, Pres, F.M. Plank and E.E. Scott Trustees and W.F. Chadbourne Clerk
This meeting was called for the only purpose of allowing bills for labor and material for street work.
The following bills were presented by road overseer John E. Hamlet. On motion duly made
seconded and carried the clerk was instructed to draw orders immediately which was done.
