NOTICE
Notice if hereby given that a special election will be held in the Village of Elk River at Phoenix Hall

in said Village, on the 20 day of October 1914, from 9 o’clock A.M. to 5 o’clock P.M. of said day,
for the purpose of voting on the proposition of issuing to the State of Minnesota the bonds of said
municipality in the aggregate sum of $7,500, bearing interest at the rate of four (4) per centum per
annum, the proceeds thereof to be used for the following purposes: $7,500 for the purpose of
refunding the bonds of said Village for said amount issued to the State of Minnesota for the purpose

of building the Mississippi River Bridge at Elk River, dated July 1, 1905 and maturing July 1, 1915,
to be numbered and to mature as set forth in the resolution now on file in the office of the Clerk.
