I . Call Meeting to Order
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River City Council
was called to order at 9:26 p.m. by Mayor Dietz.
2. Closed Meeting
The mayor stated the City Council will be holding a closed meeting pursuant to MN
Statute, Section 13D.05, Subdivision 3(C) to consider an offer and to discuss
counteroffers for the sale of real city property known as Oudot B Nature's Edge
Business Center Fourth Addition, PID# 75-929-0020.
3. Adjournment
There being no further business, Mayor Dietz adjourned the meeting of the Elk
River City Council at 9:40 p.m.
