Backaround
Ron Delimont has made application for a Transient Merchant License to hold a one day tool
sale at the Elk River Boys & Girls Club on Saturday, January 14, 2006 from 11:00 a.m. to
7:00 p.m. Mr. Delimont has received written permission from the Boys & Girls Club. The
Police Department conducted the required criminal background check with no problems
noted.

Council approval for a Transient Merchant License for Ron Delimont to hold a tool sale at
the Elk River Boys & Girls Club on Saturday, January 14, 2006 from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
