BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
The Financial Reserves & Investment Committee (FR&IC) will be meeting prior to the November
commission meeting to review electric and water reserve balances, investment balances and
instruments, and the auditor's recommendation regarding cash liquidity and investments. The
FR&IC will provide a verbal update at the commission meeting.
