requests a closed meeting of the Economic Development Authority on Monday, October 16, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. for the following:
■The EDA will be holding a closed meeting per MN Statute §13D.05., Subd. 3(c)(3)
to consider offers or counteroffers for the purchase or sale of real property." The
properties being discussed are:
■PID#75-597-0105, also known as 13566 185th Avenue NW, Elk River
■PID#75-597-0110, also known as 13530 185th Avenue NW, Elk River
In accordance with State Statute, I hereby request the city clerk to post this notice at least
three days prior to the scheduled meeting date. I further request the city clerk to notify each
member of the Economic Development Authority of the closed meeting, in writing, at least
one day before the meeting.
