Per the Council work session discussion on i�londa�T, October 6, the attendance polic�T has been revised.
Appoint�nents
Alternative appointments are allo`ved for advisory board members representing communityT organizations.
Attendance
The polic�T is unchanged regarding unexcused absences. Excused absences are allowed if notice is provided byT
noon of the board meeting date. A member can miss no more than 50% of total meetings in a calendar yTear
whether excused oY not.
Special Meetings
Special meetings may only be scheduled by consensus of the advisoryr boaYd at a regulaYly scheduled meeting.
