Background/Discussion
Lieutenant Neumann has been part of the Elk River Fire Department for 10 years and an integral part of the
department's training and the Fire AcademyT. After a thorough search to fill this open position, Lieutenant
Neumann `vas the leading candidate out of 24 other applicants.
