Background/Discussion
The Planning Commission revie`ved McDonald's request for a 61-foot sign during their November 28, 2023,
regular meeting. After receiving comments from the applicant, the Commission closed the public hearing.
Commissioners requested additional information regarding industryT standards for sign heights along free`vayTs and
continued their review to DecembeY 19, 2023.
The CityT Council mayT not act on this item until the Planning Commission has made a recommendation. Staff
recommends continuing the public hearing to Tuesday JanuaryT 16, 2024, as the Commission will again review the
request on December 19, 2023.
