Background
The applicant is requesting a massage therapist license to practice therapeutic massage at
Simonson's Salon & Day Spa located at 19320 Highway 169. The applicant has met the 500
hours of completed course work and successfully cleared the background check.
Action Requested
Council motion approving a therapeutic massage license to Kathryn Waugh.
