SUBJECT: Call Special City Council Meetings for March 27 and April 24
Introduction
Call Special Meeting for March 27 at 6:30 p.m. for Annual Report and call Special Meeting
for April 24 at 6:30 p.m. for the Board of Appeal and Equalization to be held at Sherburne
County.
Discussion
At the meeting of December 19 Council tentativelY set the date of March 27 for the Annual
Report. Staff is requesting that Council call a Special Meeting for this date. I will then make
arrangements for the School Board meeting to be elsewhere. I also ask that Council call a
Special Meeting for April 24 for the Board of Appeal and Equalization.
Action Requested

Council Chambers
