VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
June 13, 1917
A regular meeting of Village Council was held at the Office of C.F. Fiman Pres on Wednesday
evening June 13, 1917
Present – C.F. Fiman, Pres, F.M. Plank and E.J. Keegan Trustees and W.F. Chadbourne, Clerk.
Meeting called to order by Pres at 8:15 P.M.
A petition for sidewalk along south side of Main St was rec’d signed by the property owner adjoining
said walk praying that said walk to be built this summer. On motion of E.J. Keegan Trustee
seconded by F.M. Plank and declared carried by the Pres. the request of petition was granted it was
also agreed to build said sidewalk by the day labor W.F. Chadbourne being appointed to look after
building of walk.
Mr. E.J. Keegan was instructed to look after fixing Main Street.
The following bills were presented and on motion allowed.
