VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
December 12, 1917
A regular meeting of Village Council was held at the Office of C.F. Fiman Pres on Wednesday
evening Dec 12, 1917
Present – C.F. Fiman, Pres, F.M. Plank Trustee and W.F. Chadbourne, Clerk.
Meeting called to order by the Pres at 8:30 P.M.
The following bill was presented and on motion allowed
W.F. Chadbourne cash paid for man laying brick in park 3.50
The Clerk was instructed to draw order each month to pay Village Marshal amt 50.00
No further business adjourned.
