VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
September 16, 1916
A Special meeting of the Village Council was held at the Office C.F. Fiman Pres on Saturday Sept
16, 1916.
Present – C.F. Fiman, Pres, E.J. Keegan, E.E. Scott, F.M. Plank Trustees and W.F. Chadbourne,
Clerk.
Visitors representative of the Ohio Improvement Co who presented a plat of North Side Park
addition and asked its acceptance by said Council as a part of or addition to Village.
On motion of F.M. Plank sec. by E.E. Scott to accept same Roll Call
