VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
July 3, 1915
A Special meeting of Village Council was held at the Office of C.F. Fiman on Tuesday evening July
3rd, 1915.
Present – C.F. Fiman, Pres, F.M. Plank Trustee and W.F. Chadbourne Clerk
This meeting was called for the purpose of allowing bills for labor on Main St and Park
The following bills were presented by Road overseer JE Hamlet on motion allowed and clerk
ordered to draw warrants for same immediately
