VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
July 14, 1915
A Regular meeting of Village Council was held July 14, 1915 at the Office of C.F. Fiman.
Present – C.F. Fiman, Pres, E.E Scott, E.J. Keegan Trustees and W.F. Chadbourne Clerk
This meeting was called for the purpose of allowing bills for labor and freight and other purposes.
The following bills were presented and allowed and clerk instructed to draw orders for same
immediately.

The Elk River Fire Dpmt represented by C.F. Nickerson and W.O. Semans asked the co-operation
of Village Council in regard to aid in purchasing material for Fire Co user Council assured said
committee that they would do all they could to aid them.
